The Production Gap.
Field notes on enterprise AI, delivery, startup operations, and the systems that turn strategy into repeatable execution. Once a month.
Why it exists
Most business problems live in the gap between a good idea and the system required to run it.
A pilot works, but production ownership is unclear. A founder has a strategy, but priorities keep moving. A team has data, but no decision follows. A process exists, but it lives in one person's memory.
The Production Gap is where I work through those problems.
Each issue takes one idea and makes it useful: a delivery constraint, an operating decision, a startup tradeoff, or a lesson from building and scaling systems.

Read an issue first
Past issues are public. Read a few before deciding whether the newsletter is worth your inbox.

An issue is written for the inbox. It takes one idea, says what changed or what it means in practice, and then points to the longer field notes on the Blog where the argument is developed with sources and further reading. The email is not a copy of a post.
