The work is turning strategy into repeatable execution.
My current focus is enterprise AI delivery. The broader record spans SaaS platforms, startup operations, regulated systems, go-to-market, and the management disciplines that keep execution moving.
Current focus: enterprise AI delivery
A successful AI demo proves that a capability is possible. Production requires a different standard.
The organization needs clear ownership, governed data access, security controls, integration with systems of record, delivery capacity, support, monitoring, and a process for changing the system without losing control of it.
OutSystems itself shows why this matters. The platform began as a low-code way to build applications faster. It has evolved into an AI development platform for agentic systems engineering: building, modernizing, and governing applications and AI agents together on one lifecycle. Speed was never the hard part. Governed production was.
At Moxie, I lead US go-to-market for enterprise OutSystems work. Practical starting points include platform and factory assessments, architecture and security reviews, modernization planning, performance work, platform upgrades, expert delivery services, and operational controls for Mentor and Agent Workbench.
The objective is not to produce more pilots. It is to build a delivery system that can move useful capabilities into production predictably.

Production is an operating outcome, not a demo milestone.
This work connects the business case to the delivery system underneath it. It is most useful when the roadmap is moving faster than governance, architecture, security, or internal capacity can absorb.
The compliance record behind this work spans SOC 2 at two companies, Joint Commission accreditation with zero deficiencies, HIPAA, CJIS, IRS WISP, ATF Type 1 and 7 federal firearms licensing, and ITAR compliance work on a proposed international firearms export, with annual government client audits backed by independently audited financials. Security modernization along the way cut cyber insurance premiums at five companies.

Fractional integration
Vision needs an operating seat.
Founders often know what they want the company to become. The gap is a system that turns that vision into priorities, ownership, information, decisions, and follow-through.
Fractional integration is operating-seat support for a founder or leadership team. It is not an outside report that leaves the team with more work. It is hands-on support for creating the management system and making it run.
Much of this work draws on EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System. I have implemented it at six organizations, from SaaS platforms to healthcare staffing, so the scorecards, meeting rhythms, and accountability structures below come from operating the system, not observing it.
Through the EOS framework, Jared aligned our teams with clarity and purpose, creating automated workflows that improved both onboarding and retention.
Systems for scale
Scale exposes what improvisation was hiding.
Early companies can move through memory, effort, and direct founder involvement. That approach eventually becomes the constraint.
Systems for scale means designing the business so information moves, decisions end, work can be taught, and the company can improve without waiting for one person to intervene.
Jared builds frameworks and processes that transform strategy into execution, allowing organizations to scale without losing control.
This work may be advisory, project-based, or part of a broader operating engagement.
He always thinks several steps ahead.

Led technical operations through the rebuild of a legacy operation into a scalable SaaS platform. The client base grew from 44 to more than 300 municipal contracts, recognized revenue grew roughly tenfold to about $8.4M, and the company completed an eight-figure private equity sale in 2019, with the exit completing in 2020.

Rebuilt a collapsed incumbent's platform from assets acquired out of bankruptcy on $300K of debt, then scaled it from 6 to 184 government contracts and from $125K to $2.9M in revenue in fifteen months, with 100% pilot-to-contract conversion and 100% client retention during my tenure.

Built the operating systems across technology, compliance, payroll, credentialing, and service delivery for a healthcare staffing company that grew from $1.5M in year one to $11M in year two and served more than 20 hospital systems.

Led technology strategy and delivery across regulated SaaS products on OutSystems. The portfolio won its agencies through competitive RFPs and held 100% client retention through re-bids, across INTELLEO for law-enforcement range and armory management, PetChamp for animal-welfare compliance, which operates today as PetParent, and ShotsFired, an engineering program that never went to market. The same process-before-technology method took clear-to-close at Champions Mortgage from past thirty days to fifteen.

MyDevSolution
MyDevSolution is the company I founded for startup and SMB work. It is more technology-focused than this personal site, but the operating premise is the same: technology should serve the business, and the business needs a system that people can actually run.
The right MyDevSolution engagement usually begins when a leadership team can see the next stage of the company but cannot reach it through the current roles, processes, systems, or technical foundation.
